Watson provides AI-assisted research dossiers on business/professional contacts, compiled from public records and publicly available sources, to help you prepare for sales conversations.

2. Acceptable use — what it's FOR

Preparing for legitimate business and sales interactions: understanding a prospect before a meeting or call.

3. PROHIBITED uses — what it's NOT for (important)

You agree NOT to use Watson, or any dossier, to:

• Make any FCRA-covered decision — credit, employment, hiring, promotion/retention, housing/tenant screening, or insurance eligibility. Watson is not a consumer reporting agency and dossiers are not consumer reports.
• Stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or surveil any individual.
• Unlawfully discriminate against any person or protected class.
• Violate any law, or any third party's privacy or other rights.
• Re-sell, scrape, or redistribute dossiers, or reverse-engineer the service or its methods. Misuse is grounds for immediate termination and may be reported as required by law.

4. Accuracy disclaimer

Dossiers are AI-generated from public sources, provided "as is," and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are decision-support, not verified background checks. You are responsible for independently verifying anything you rely on. SIS makes no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Subject requests / takedown

Individuals may request correction or removal of their information via privacy@summit-intake.com; we honor verifiable requests within [X business days] (see Privacy Policy §5).

6. Accounts

Sign-up is self-serve via magic-link email. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. One person per login unless otherwise agreed.

7. Payment

Paid plans are sold as monthly subscriptions through Stripe. Pricing, included dossier quotas, and overage (if any) are presented at checkout and reflected in your Account page. 8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate for misuse (§3) immediately.
